Data Deletion Policy
Last updated: 2026
This page explains how users of StudioSync can request deletion of their data.
1. Overview
StudioSync allows users to delete their stored data and reset their account at any time.
Data deletion can be performed directly inside the StudioSync application.
2. How to Delete Your Data
Users can delete their stored data by performing an account reset using the "Hard Reset" option available in the dashboard.
After confirming the reset, the system removes:
- synchronization settings
- integration connections
- generated calendar events created by StudioSync
- stored session data
- configuration settings related to synchronization
3. Google Calendar Data
When an account reset is performed, StudioSync removes the calendar events created by the service during synchronization.
These events are deleted from the user's Google Calendar.
Users can also manually revoke StudioSync access through their Google Account permissions page:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
4. Data Stored After Reset
Certain technical records may remain stored after account reset to prevent abuse of the trial system.
For example:
- trial license key records
These records are retained only to prevent repeated generation of free trial access.
