Welcome to StudioSync.
These Terms of Service describe the rules for using the StudioSync service. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. About StudioSync
StudioSync is a software service that synchronizes booking data from supported scheduling systems (such as YCLIENTS) with Google Calendar.
The service automatically creates and updates calendar events based on booking information.
2. Eligibility
By using StudioSync you confirm that:
- you are the owner of the Google account used for authorization
- you have permission to access the booking system connected to the service
- you will use the service in accordance with applicable laws
3. Account and Access
Access to StudioSync is provided through Google OAuth authorization.
Users must authorize StudioSync to access Google Calendar in order to create and manage calendar events.
StudioSync does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google services.
4. Service Functionality
StudioSync allows users to:
- connect their Google Calendar
- connect supported booking systems
- synchronize bookings with calendar events
- configure synchronization settings
The service may create, update, or delete events in Google Calendar in order to maintain synchronization.
5. Trial Access
New users may receive a trial license key that allows temporary access to the service.
Trial licenses are issued only once per user.
Trial keys remain stored in the system even if the user resets their account in order to prevent repeated trial abuse.
6. Paid Access
Certain features of StudioSync may require an active subscription or license key.
Pricing and subscription details are displayed inside the application.
7. Account Reset
Users may perform a full account reset using the reset functionality available inside the service.
Account reset removes:
- synchronization settings
- connected integrations
- generated calendar events
- stored sessions
However, trial license records may remain stored in order to prevent repeated free trial generation.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- use the service to violate the terms of Google or connected platforms
- interfere with service infrastructure
9. Service Availability
