StudioSync respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the StudioSync service.

1. About the Service

StudioSync is a synchronization service that connects booking systems (such as YCLIENTS) with Google Calendar to automatically create and manage calendar events.

2. Information We Collect

When you use StudioSync we may collect the following information:

Google Account Information:

  • Google email address
  • Google user ID

Synchronization Data:

  • Google Calendar ID
  • Calendar event identifiers created by StudioSync

Service Configuration:

  • Selected synchronization mode
  • Selected masters
  • Calendar configuration settings

Integration Data:

  • YCLIENTS company ID
  • master ID
  • timetable URL

System Data:

  • session identifiers
  • timestamps
  • technical logs required for system operation

3. Information We Do NOT Store

StudioSync does NOT store:

  • Google account passwords
  • YCLIENTS account passwords
  • payment card data
  • personal data of clients from booking systems

All authentication is performed through secure OAuth authorization.

4. Google Calendar Access

StudioSync accesses Google Calendar only with your permission via Google OAuth.

The service uses Google Calendar API only to:

  • create calendars
  • create events
  • update events
  • delete events related to synchronization

StudioSync does not access Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services.

5. YCLIENTS Data Usage

StudioSync retrieves booking information from YCLIENTS solely for the purpose of creating corresponding calendar events.

The following booking details may be processed:

  • service name
  • appointment time
  • master name
  • comment
  • service price

These data are used exclusively for calendar synchronization.

6. Data Storage

StudioSync infrastructure is hosted using:

  • Yandex Cloud (backend services and database)
  • Vercel (frontend hosting)

Data is stored only as long as necessary for service functionality.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data by performing a full account reset within the application.

Account reset removes:

  • synchronization configuration
  • generated calendar events
  • integration settings
  • stored sessions

Trial license keys may remain stored to prevent abuse of the trial system.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored information and prevent unauthorized access.

9. Third-Party Services

StudioSync integrates with:

  • Google OAuth
  • Google Calendar API
  • YCLIENTS API

These services have their own privacy policies.
